Our new website has finally gone live since December 18, 2023! Why did it take so long? Well, instead of using a package from the usual market leaders like WordPress, we designed and implemented our own Content Management System (CMS) based on Wildfly. Now you might rightly ask why we're going through this (again). The answer is quite simple: because we can, and because the standard software packages from CMS providers, despite all the add-ons, don't offer the customized features we need. Oh, and please note the chat function: you won't be speaking to a chatbot here. Instead, you'll be connected directly to our team via Microsoft Teams – during, and sometimes even outside, our weekday business hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We have even more planned for our new website: In 2024, a link to our customer portal will be added to the top menu bar. There, existing and new customers can create JIRA tickets, view their progress, add comments, enter additional data, and finally test/approve them. This ensures maximum transparency in project and support management. Furthermore, users can chat directly with our support team via Teams, access systems remotely, and view backups. Usage information for licenses and general system health information are also displayed. Overall, this portal is designed to provide significant added value for customers. And this kind of service isn't something you can buy off the shelf; it requires effort.
