How it works
4PZE captures clock-in/out events and books absences with comprehensive shift management. Identification is performed via barcode, RFID, fingerprint or facial recognition. Shift management in the operational calendar maps daily and yearly models. Through a customisable user interface, a role concept and a sophisticated authorisation management, 4PZE is multi-language, unicode and multi-tenant capable. A closed control loop emerges through the coupling with HR, payroll and production planning.

- Capture of clock-in/out events via T&A terminals from different manufacturers, PCs or mobile devices
- Booking of absences such as external appointments, business trips, smoking breaks or doctor visits
- Correction functions for missing or faulty punches in the leading HR system or in 4PZE
- Use of common identification methods for badges such as barcode, RFID (LEGIC, MIFARE), fingerprint or facial recognition
- Shift management in the operational calendar: daily and yearly models for flexible working hours (holiday, sickness or training)
- Evaluations: freely definable evaluations, trends, print lists and reports with daily, monthly and yearly views, connection to BI tools such as QlikView
- Standard interfaces to HR systems such as Sage HR, SAP HR, PAISY, DATEV and VARIAL
- Standard interfaces to ERP systems such as SAP ERP, SAP Business One, Sage and MS Dynamics
- Integration with 4BDE including plausibility checks: for example, when clocking in, an employee simultaneously registers their order and books operations in BDE — reporting effort ↓, input errors ↓
