The scope of our quality management system covers all stages of software development, from consulting and conception through programming to sales as well as service and support at the customer's site, either remotely or on site. The scope is the development and distribution of innovative factory software.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Joachim Berlak is our Quality Management Representative (QMB). The QMB ensures the implementation of the quality policy as well as the effectiveness of the QM system and the maintenance of the QM documentation.
