Results
The project resulted in a structured procedural model that supports SMEs in determining their Industrie 4.0 maturity level and deriving targeted measures for productivity growth, validated through 10 partner companies.
Industrial Benefit
It provides SMEs with a practical tool for the systematic evaluation and utilisation of Industrie 4.0 potentials, helping manufacturing companies to sustainably increase their competitiveness through targeted digitalisation.
Significance
The project contributes to the "democratisation" of Industrie 4.0 for SMEs by bridging scientific research and medium-sized business practice. The findings directly influenced the further development of S4P solutions.
