Initial situation

ZSW required end-to-end and transparent control of its research and production processes for battery cells. The goal was reliable planning and complete acquisition of operating data as a complement to the existing ERP system AP P2Plus.

Challenge

Complex research and manufacturing processes for battery cells, a lack of transparency over current order and machine data and manual, time-consuming data acquisition in production required end-to-end production control based on real-time data.

Solution

To optimise its processes, ZSW uses the solutions from software4production: 4AVO for work preparation and order management, 4BDE for real-time shop-floor data collection, 4MDE for real-time machine data acquisition and 4PRO for warehouse management with serial and batch numbers, goods receipt, picking and transport.
